Leveraging the strengths of both parties and for mutual benefits, HKCT (HKCT Institute of Higher Education and Hong Kong College of Technology) signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Wan Li Book Company Limited. This collaboration aims to publish an application-oriented reference book titled "HKCT Series" (tentative name) to meet the needs of current students and the wider community.
The signing ceremony took place today (September 24) at the HKCT Jockey Club Undergraduate Campus, where CHAN Cheuk Hay, President of HKCT and Janice YIP, Director General Manager of Wan Li Book Company Limited signed the MoU.
The "HKCT Series" (tentative name) is a comprehensive reference book that combines detailed information with both theoretical and practical aspects, making it highly applicable. The series will be compiled and organised systematically by professionals in the field, forming a curriculum standard. It aims to serve as a training resource, enabling students from relevant disciplines to grasp learning content more effectively. Additionally, it aims to reach a broader audience by providing a reference for readers interested in understanding relevant professional knowledge and skills. HKCT will publish 2 to 4 disciplines of the series at the initial phase, including topics on physical activities for young children, and Café and Patisserie operations. The first volume is expected to be published by early 2025.
