Programme Contents

The course targets customer service representative, fund management staff, insurance brokers, security brokers, jewellery retailers, lending officers, management grade and frontline level banking officers, legal and compliance staff.

Upon completion of this course, students are able to:

  • Identify the purposes and stages of the money laundering process
  • Recognize high-risk transaction and the practices for countering money laundering
  • Be aware of the relevant regulatory and supervisory requirement
  • Enhance the awareness of customer due diligence and on-going monitoring system on countering money laundering
