This course targets at persons serving in retailing and service industries of position ranging from senior management, marketing managers to frontline officers, and those who are interested in this topic.

Upon completion of this course, students are able to:

  • Understand the implication of the major offences pescribed by the TDO
  • Realize the various defences available
  • Comprehend the common method of unfair trade practices
  • Know the enforcement guideline of Customs and consumer redress
