Entry Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary 6 under the Hong Kong Education System; OR
  • Completion of BTEC Level 3 qualification; OR
  • Completion of Diploma qualification; OR
  • Applicant aged 21 or above with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience but do not possess the required qualifications will be considered on a case by case basis

Applicant should also meet the following English Language Requirement before completion of programme:

  • Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) Level B2; OR
  • Pearson Test of English (PTE) 51; OR
  • IELTS overall score 5.5 with a minimum score of 5.5 in Reading and Writing; OR
  • HKCT devised English Test; OR
  • Equivalent

  • Engineering Maths

Year 1 Semester 2

  • Engineering Science
  • Managing a Professional Engineering Project (Pearson-set)
  • Electrical and Electronic Principles

Year 1 Semester 3

  • Automation, Robotics and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
  • Instrumentation and Control Systems
  • Computer Aided Design and Manufacture (CAD/CAM)

Year 2 Semester 1

  • Professional Engineering Management (Pearson-set)
  • Further Mathematics

Year 2 Semester 2

  • Research Project
  • Industrial Power, Electronics and Storage
  • Industrial Systems

Year 2 Semester 3

  • Research Project
  • Analogue Electronic Systems
  • Utilisation of Electrical Power

Total $45,000 (in 6 installments)
