MAEM program pulled my interest since its core subjects were related to engineering. After I completed my master’s degree in business administration (MBA), I was thinking that it would be good to have solid background in engineering management as well, in addition to my business management degree.

Lean and Agile, Project Management and subjects that offered a wider understanding in software applications used in the industry, were all great addition to my knowledge as a Quality Engineering Manager. Research Proposal and Dissertation will likely enrich my proficiency in creating reports, conveying better strategy and methodology, deepen my capability in realizing gaps and rationale interpretations. The learnings in several software programs like PLC, Flexsim and Solidworks are all new to me, but I had enjoyed using and utilizing them. This I will surely share to my subordinates at work. Aside from the technical level of skills that the learning experience brought me; the MSc AEM program had enriched me academically as well.

All in all, the professors have in-depth knowledge of each course. Even during online classes, they managed to deliver and engaged students in critical discussions. Supporting staff were helpful and approachable any time. Attending the MSc AEM program allowed me to learn and appreciate old and new concepts and theories in a controlled scenario of a classroom under the professional guidance of teachers and mentors.
